COPPER SHIP SIGNAL LANTERN AND SHEET IRON BULLSEYE LANTERNTwo antique signal lanterns:
The first, a copper ship's signal lantern by Robert Frazer Manufacturer. Signal has rotating lenses denoting "Mast Head", "Starboard", or "Port" sides of the ship. Measures 17 inches tall by 11 inches wide.
The second, a sheet iron signal lantern with three bulls-eye lenses. Cylindrical, solid body lantern with door in back for access to kerosene lantern. Constructed with bales on sides to slide onto poles and a bale on top to hold. Measures 17 inches tall and 10 inches in diameter.
Condition
Body of copper lantern is in good condition. Glass on the front has been replaced with silicon sealant. Red glass lens is intact, though other glass interior lenses are not there.
Bulls-eye lantern is in good condition. There are scuffs to exterior of lenses.
